Famiglia Pizza on 111th and Broadway was playing this song on the radio today. I Shazam™’d it and found out it was called “Heatwave” by Martha Reeves and Vandellas.
I looked up the name of the song because I recognized the chord progression ——- JENS LEKMAN USED IT IN HIS BEST SONG EVER, THIS ONE:
Yelling the chorus to this at a Jens concert is really awesome, I recommend you do it sometime.
